What is Earth Konnection ?

Earth Konnection is a brand dedicated to sustainable fashion. It aims to bring people from all over the world a little bit closer through fashion and ecology conscience. We source the finest designs from artists and craftspeople around India and provide our members with them at a great price.

Is there any quality assurance for the items ordered?

Each product is delivered to the customer only after it has cleared a stringent quality check process comprising 4-5 layers of checking.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email and sms confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the order number, details of the order and the amount you have paid. For any concerns please email on care@earthkonnection.com

If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer me reduced shipping?

Unfortunately, once your orders are placed we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues. Shipping will be applicable on every new order (if it does not fall under the free shipping criteria).

How to check current status of my order?

Track Order at the bottom of the website under 'Let Us Help You' would provide you with complete information of your order including the order status. Additionally you can connect us on WhatsApp for more help.

What if I have any complaint regarding my order?

You can get in touch with our customer support team through the “Contact Us” section on the website. Simply send an email to care@earthkonnection.com or give us a call on +91-8431717688 for any complaint.Our customer care team is always at your service.

Can I add more items after placing the order?

Unfortunately, once the order is placed, you won’t be able to add more items to it. You may place a new order for the items you missed out on adding.

How do I cancel my order?

You can request for order cancelation within 24 hours of placing the order. You can get in touch with our customer support team through the “Contact Us” section on the website. Simply send an email to care@earthkonnection.com or give us a call on +91-8431717688 for any complaint.

My Payment has failed? What should I Do?

In case there is a failure in payment, please retry after 5 minutes, after ensuring correct banking credentials are used. If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can drop us an email.

My account has been debited but order not confirmed? What Should I do?

We make sure that an Order ID is only validated after your bank transfers the money to our bank. Occasionally, for unanticipated circumstances, the money may be deducted from your account without yet reaching our hands. To find out if the order has been confirmed or if you have been credited with the money, please wait a full day. If neither occurs, kindly send us an email and we will assist you further.

Do you take alteration requests?

We currently do not provide any alterations / customizations.

Do you engage in wholesale transactions?

We do offer bulk transactions. For bulk or corporate order requests, you may reach out to our team on sabarna@earthkonnection.com.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation. If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded.

What do I do if I received a Tampered box?

If If your package has been opened or tampered with, we request you to not accept the shipment and immediately inform our customer support team at care@earthkonnection.com

Are the colours of the products shown on the website accurate?

The colors of the products on our website have been represented as accurately as possible; nevertheless, because different monitors and electronics device screens display colors differently, there may be a tiny variation based on the display screen.

What do I do if an item from my order is missing?

Kindly reach out to our customer support team as soon as your order is delivered at care@earthkonnection.com. 

Will I get separate shipments if I buy 3-4 products or will it be in a single shipment?

All products will be shipped as a single shipment.

I currently live outside India. Can I get my order shipped Internationally?

Yes, we ship orders worldwide.
