Return & Exchange Policy

Earth Konnection delivers with extreme care and conforms to the highest quality requirements. Please take note of the exchange policy below in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase.



Eligibility Criteria For Exchange

  • In case of size-related issues, Earth Konnection accepts exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the original packaging and tags are intact & the product has not been used or washed.
  • Products purchased during the sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  • Accessories and Jewellery are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  • Products that have been customized or ordered in bulk are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.

Exchange Process

  • Email at care@earthkonnection.com
  • Please mention the Order ID, Purchase date, Issue with the order, and the images of the order.
  • Within two working days, our customer care team will investigate and get back to you. Please follow the steps below after receiving communication from our customer care team.
  • We will arrange a pick-up from your invoice address at no extra cost.
  • Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes, hangers, and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase.
  • The product will be subjected to quality inspection upon arrival at our warehouse, and if it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched within standard shipping timeframes.
  • In the rare event, that a replacement piece is not available in our warehouse, we will issue a refund to the original payment mode.
  • No size exchanges will be entertained for purchases made during the discount/sale period.
  • No return/refund after 2 pickup/delivery attempts made from our side.
  • No return /refund into a different payment mode.
General Terms & Conditions
  • Before accepting a parcel, please ensure that the package has not been tampered with and check this before you sign of acceptance.
  • In case of a damaged package/material kindly hand it over to the courier executive immediately.
