Shipping Policy
- Shipping is free on all purchases across India.
- Orders are delivered through standard courier service and delivered within 5 to 6 working days, unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
- We do not ship on Sundays and nationally observed holidays. Orders placed on Saturday post 3 PM are dispatched on the following Monday or the next working day.
- In addition, certain unforeseen situations like bank holidays, interstate and intercountry regulations, bad weather conditions, strikes, lockdowns, economic and political issues, serviceability of courier partners in the pincode, and even accidents can delay order delivery. Such situations are beyond our control.
- Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at care@earthkonnection.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
