1. Export Manager

Key Roles and Responsibilities of an Export Manager

a. Develop and implement export strategies that align with company goals

b. Analyse competitors and assess the company's competitive position in foreign markets

c. Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export regulations, and licensing requirements.

d. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant export regulations and standards.

e. Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for export activities, including customs declarations and export licenses.

f. Coordinate with logistics providers to arrange transportation and shipping of goods.

g. Manage warehousing, inventory, and distribution processes related to exports.

h. Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.

i. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to exports.

j. Negotiate terms and conditions with international buyers and suppliers.

Location : Bangalore

2. Digital Marketing & Sales Manager

a. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and sales.

b. Manage online advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC), social media ads, and display advertising.

c. Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.

d. Oversee social media marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.

e. Analyse web traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics to inform marketing strategies.

f. Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to grow and engage followers.

g. Collaborate with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with sales goals.

h. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices.

3. Store Manager/Experience Center Manager

a. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

b. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

c. Oversee visual merchandising to enhance product displays and store aesthetics.

d. Manage cash handling procedures, including daily cash deposits and reconciliation.

e. Oversee inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of products.

f. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

g. Manage product ordering, receiving, and storage processes.

h. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
